RETURNS
Before initiating a return, kindly contact us first via email at velainatelier@outlook.com
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate return requests. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Should our care team determine that these conditions are not met, the return may be declined at their discretion. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.
Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Should you require a different size or colour, we kindly ask that you place a new order once your return has been processed.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our care team at velainatelier@outlook.com and we will resolve the matter promptly.
Late or Missing Store Credit
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you are still unable to locate it, simply reach out to us at velainatelier@outlook.com and we will be happy to assist.
